Delivery costs within Switzerland: CHF 9.80
From a value of CHF 150, the delivery is free of charge.
The order will be confirmed by e-mail and processed on Tuesday and Thursday. Delivery is done by DPD and usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
If an item is out of stock, there may be longer delivery times. You will definitely be informed via email.
If an item is generally no longer available, we reserve the right not to deliver this item due to unavailability.
DPD Package Tracking
After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking code from DPD. With this code you can track your package and organize the delivery. Please note that DPD makes up to three delivery attempts and if they are unsuccessful, the package will be sent back to us. Additional freight forwarding costs apply for a second shipment.
